• All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or authorized partners.
• A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your reservation.
• Prices are listed in the applicable currency and may change without prior notice.
Your booking is confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email from us.
• If the flight is canceled due to weather conditions or safety reasons, you will be offered:
– A rescheduled flight date, or
– A full refund.
• Customer cancellations must be made at least [24/48 hours] before the scheduled flight to receive a refund.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.
Hot air balloon flights are highly dependent on weather conditions.
For safety reasons, Butterfly Ballooning reserves the right to cancel or delay any flight.
Your safety is our top priority, and all flights are conducted by licensed and experienced pilots.
• Passengers must follow all safety instructions provided by the pilot and crew.
• Not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with serious medical conditions.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• We reserve the right to refuse boarding if a passenger’s condition may pose a safety risk.
Participation in a hot air balloon flight involves inherent risks.
By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Butterfly Ballooning is not responsible for:
• Loss or damage to personal belongings.
• Delays caused by weather or unforeseen circumstances.
We may take photos or videos during flights for promotional purposes.
By participating, you agree that we may use such media unless you notify us in writing before the flight.
